Refund policy

At Aroma Sanctuary LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed for the unused portion of the product only, with a refund of 80% or more depending on the condition.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@thearomasanctuary.com with:

  • Your order details
  • A brief reason for the return
  • A clear photo of the product (to help us assess the condition)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that:

  • We do not supply return shipping labels.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@thearomasanctuary.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thearomasanctuary.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition, with tags, unused, and in original packaging.
